Duets with Orchid performance at Wherehouse Art Hotel, December 2017

Using the MIDI Sprout, Caitlyn Swett (dancermaker) and Zach Cooper (live electronics) invite audience members to witness a physical and audio installation. The installation includes two duets and a trio with an orchid controlling a synthesizer. The MIDI Sprout uses biofeedback technology to capture electrical signals in plant cells and converts them to MIDI data (digital music language).
